iI've been playing sport all my life .... from Football, Cricket, Swimming and Athletics as a junior and Adult.
Like most of us, I love travelling with exploring the world
After finishing playing Football I found Triathlon and fell in love with this awesome sport and decided to add general fitness , swimming, riding & running together to create Optimal Strength Coaching.
Adding my Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach to my Level 1 Triathlon Australia Coaching and Level 2 Athletics Australia qualifications allows me to tailor my coaching to your specific needs.
Im a 10 x Ironman Finisher, 20 plus Half Ironman finisher Marathon runner , sport lover and Coach.
